injection

noun A way of temporarily absenting oneself from being caught in chasings. Accompanied with a hand sign of injecting something intermuscularly. Generally used when one wanted to stop playing for a while to do something else - like talk to someone outside of the game. To rejoin the game one merely said "Uninjection!" and made the opposite hand motion whereupon you were fair game by whomever was "in".
